HUNGRY YOUNG GIRL: SARA GIRONI’S IRRIVERENT ILLUSTRATIONS

Hungry Young Girl: Sara Gironi’s Irriverent Illustrations

She is an italian illustrator, “made in Naples” and based in Turin, a city where she graduated with a Bachelor in Communication and Graphic Design. After graduation Sara Gironi Carnevale spent several months in New York City, enough time to fall in love with the city and come back to Italy to do what she liked to do: drawing. Ironic, sometimes irreverent, she’s always curious and constantly hungry for new ideas (or just hungry).
Human rights, the society’s inconsistencies and injustices of the Modern Age are the most recurring themes in her illustrations, characterized by a strong emotional impact, with a clean style and a bold use of colors.
